I have a degree in math with my second in computers. I have attained my broker license and I have a CRS (Council of Residential specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and I am a Certified HAFA Specialist. Home Affordable foreclosure alternatives (Hafa) Program training is for buyer in need of a loan modification or short sale program. I also have extensive training in CFS. Certified Foreclosure specialist. I have earned my CDPE Certification and my CIAS  Certification ( Certified Investor Agent Specialists ). Through the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) program I have learn how to help my client through a successful short sale process.
